When Vernon offered to help me with life coaching, I was uncertain and didn’t really know much about life coaching, but I kept an open mind. Vernon made it very clear that his role as a life coach was to help me find clarity and not to give advice. During the session Vernon helped me navigate my options and helped me to dig deeper to find the reasons and obstacles that were preventing me from making the best decision for my-self. After making my decision, he helped me come up with a plan that worked for me.

I’m grateful and amazed at the self-transformation Vernon has helped me through our sessions together.  It’s natural for me to take care of my physical health by exercising and, going to the gym, but the awareness of taking care of my mental health and, keeping in touch with my inner self had been absent. Vernon coached me into feeling comfortable with my own feelings.  His non-judgmental, tactful listening, confidential and genuine approach has helped me to connect and accept my feelings for what they are instead of suppressing them.  This process gave me the inner strength that I needed to deal with a very challenging, life and death situation in 2019.
